Rangiora Tauranga Moana Health Hub is a walk-in health hub where whanau can easily access “Well Health Services” alongside vaccinations. The aim is to enhance accessibility to those who are not engaging with health services, by providing what they need rather than being told what they might need. Ultimately for whanau this provides continuity of care and assists with improving their relationship with the health system and strengthens community connections.
The focus of clinics is on education and prevention of serious illness and to assist whanau to take the lead, but know that they have the support where needed.
